Tristana Ultimate Glitch

Today I was playing Irelia, on the enemy team they had a tristana that would shoot my champion across the map whenever I would cast blade surge on her. Also everytime she cast (R) buster shot my interface would bug out preventing me from seeing my cast bar, mini-map, and allied champions hp on the side.

I am aware this bug isn't new, however I thought it got patched already?
