Mode : ARAM ( in PVP.. not custom ) 29/06/2015 12:30 PM ( EST Time )

Luden's Echo +120 Ability Power +7% Movement Speed

UNIQUE Passive: Gain charges upon moving or casting. At 100 charges, the next spell hit expends all charges to deal 100 (+15% AP) bonus magic damage to up to 4 targets on hit.

Ezreal Q-W dont trigger on minion and champ, this item, i just play him in ARAM, and all time i did my q-w the charge stay at 100. ( some other champ to.. small check up on this item mayby..?!? .. if it not a bug , i'm sorry but i dont even know.. :S..

I've had this issue as well, it would proc on W most of the time but rarely on his Q.

in my game i did this morning the Q and the W didnt proc :'( i got a quadra atleast and we have win , but if it were not from this bug i got my penta XD
