Queue Bug?

So I'm trying to get into a ranked game. I can't, the only queue that isn't shaded out is blind draft. Ok, I figure ranked queues for Plats or Diamonds is down. Next thing I notice is my 3v3 option is shaded out as well as Legend of The Poro King. Kind of confused. I ask some of my friends if they have this problem, they don't. So now I log onto my smurf. I have access to all game types. I'm kind of confused... Anyone else having the same problem?
