[GAMEPLAY] Sivir E

SIvir E is going off where she says "Back off!" this patch but not blocking the spell or cc that comes with it.

Don't have a video but it happend 3 times in 2 games I played her.

Once vs a lux bind and twice vs varus q

Edit: Should also add that the animation plays and I got mana back all three times. And on the lux bind the enemy team also mentioned that they saw the bug happen.
