Masteries Overlay Stuck

Was changing masteries while in champ select. While trying to save, the game was abandoned by someone else and then when the next game started this was still there and I couldn't click through it though I could still type in chat. The "x" in the corner of the masteries overlay was clickable but did not do anything. Relogging solved the issue.
