[Client] In Game Overlay Tooltips

While the shop is open, the overlay acts as though the character info overlay is also open and displays the tooltips for statistics such as critical strike chance and everything else displayed up there. It makes it difficult to read the item tooltips that can be in the same area if that is where the shop overlay has them.
