Jarvan IV Passive Bug

I just played a game as Jarvan IV and his passive/animation is broken. I could see damage dealt as if a regular auto went through but his passive attack animation did not go through and his passive damage did not go through. Immediately following this, Jarvan would stop attacking whatever the target was unless I re-clicked on the target, then he would continue as normal animation and damage. This happened on monsters, champions, and minions alike.
