Naut Q hitting target through wall [GAMEPLAY]

I first saw this bug in a stream and it occurred with Naut hooking a khazix through the wall in the same spot as I recreated in the practice tool. It seems the spot of the wall and angle of the hook are important. To recreate:

1. Place enemy dummy as shown in video
2. Stand about halfway between the two walls and where it transitions from the lane to the river.
3. Cast Q just to the left of the enemy dummy.

I can get it to happen about 1 in 5 tries.
