Disconnect into reconnect and alt tabbing results in screen perma lock

as title says

sometimes I dc, alt tab out of game and come back - screen completely locked no way to fix except to rejoin match completely

pressing the hotkey for unlock/locking screen doesn't help

must be related to the spacebar too (snap to char)
