What the heck was that?

For the last 40 minutes I couldnt click my "play" button to start a game. No patches initiating or anything. just grayed and couldnt play. Tried to submit a ticket. Couldnt log in. Said the webpage was down. I check server status everything says its working. I had internet connection and access to every other website i normally visit. It was just league related.

Tried to go to THIS forum. wouldnt let me log in. said it was down. Now suddenly everythings working again.

Anyone else experience that?
