[Client] Runes, summoner spells, etc. resetting like it's a fresh account

I load into a pre-game lobby on my main and see a little pop-up telling me that runes have been reforged and I should pick one of the presets until I decide to make one myself. It's also chosen default summoner spells (Ghost/Heal), since apparently I haven't played several thousand matches with Flash.
