No LP for a ranked win?

I recently leveled up to B3 and had 20 LP. After losing a game, I was down to 0 LP in B3 still. I just won a game, and am still at 0 LP. This match does not show up on my LoL program, but it DOES show up on my match history on leagueoflegends.com. Why did I get cheated out of my LP??

Screenshotted my match history on here, and you can see the win registered. Now why wouldn't that show up on my LoL, and why did I get cheated out of my LP?
