rengar abilities have silence???????

i am not an rengar player by any means. so correct me if i stated something wrong. but when i played eveylynn against him after zhyona he comboed me (i believe he press Q + W + E + some auto and another Q or W or E) for 1.3k health with no ult available while all i did was trying to press my ult (press R). i died without my ult getting casted. why was it silenced? i was facing him 1 vs 1. i zhonyaed when he ult jumped me and i know i had at least 1.3k health
