Is Thresh supposed to be able to reactivate q after hitting the spell shield?

Could be a bug.
Riot "bug-fixed" spellshields recently to no longer cancel multiple spells if they all hit at the same exact time (very, very rare) and this potentially could be a side effect of that.
I think the hook is supposed to break when she uses it properly.
