Patch 5.11 isnt downloading ive tryed for 3 hours now

The patch will download and get to 67% then the download speed in kbs will slowly decline till they hit zero then an error message will pop up saying Failed to create dump file: "(error 183) this is extremely annoying can you please fix the patcher.

Try restarting comp worked for me, but at the same time League is unplayable for some.... Me included
