Major Pantheon Bug - Cannot Use Abilities or Recall

I just faced an issue were I was completely disabled from using Pantheon's abilities. I was pushing top lane and sieging the tower into their base. I do a leap to stun the enemy Jarvan while the turret is targetting me. At this point I am unable to use any abilities at all. I tried reconnecting, but the issue persisted. I was only able to use Smite, Flash, and Auto-attack.
