[GAMEPLAY] Camera Locks after moving on minimap

I like to click and drag the camera around the minimap while jungling to view teammates on the minimap in game. If I do it while the camera is locked, my camera unlock stops working until I repeat the action. The lock button just stops working. It is super annoying because the only times I am affected is when I'm getting invaded or roamed on or something and it usually has an impact on the fight. The only solution I have found is to leave the camera unlocked but I'm even worse using it this way. It happens every time.
