Client Visual--Negative IP

My client is recording IP purchases as costing double. This does not stop me from buying the champions, it only registers my remaining IP as a negative number. Relogging does not solve the issue, but playing a game will return the number back to what it should be. The two cases it has occurred were when I purchased Kog'Maw and Nocturne, both registered as costing 9600 IP until another game was played. Both purchases were made on the Champions page, NOT in the store. This bug does not affect my ability to do anything, it is purely visual. Screenshots:
