Looking for aspiring members who see themselves as team players. I want a unit that can work together to hit platinum. I have high goals so only respond if you want to work hard to improve--you don't need a lot of time if you use it well--but I also want to be relaxed and friendly while kicking ass. I struggle with the solo queue environment, but I know my potential is greatest as a member of a regularly practicing team. Looking for all roles, comment below AND add i7estrox in game. To all you fools doing just one of those two, please do both or I'm not very likely to consider you.

For me: i7estrox B2 going up, been Silver last two seasons, looking to move to Gold this year I'm organizing this because I want a dedicated team experience. I work hard and am tired of cheerleading when I have solo queue teammates with poor game knowledge and negative attitudes. I want positive teammates who will help each other improve together. IGN: Chloro4m Current Ranking: G4 Reason why this team is appealing: I like the whole, working together & forward aspect. Solo Q ranks really don't determine reliability in 5s though, it's all about team chemistry. What your personality adds to a team: I'm a very fun, chill, and leveled guy. I never get mad at teammates, and I'm reasonable in helping when they need tips. Role(s): I main ADC, which is my highly preferred role. Age: 18 Availability: Most likely all the time for now, may change to evenings and weekends. Communication: I've got all chat applications, pretty much. Though, my Mic is not at home so Skype is my only tool until I get my Mic back.

Reason why this team is appealing: I was on a serious team before and something that they lacked was communication, being able to take critiques, and being able to work as a team in order to bring out the greater good of the team.

What your personality adds to a team: I am in my first year (early grad) for Game Development, so I think that being able to bring my artistic and great brainstorming skills will be a great asset to the team. Also, my straightforward personality; I have a saying "If you don't want to say it, you probably should." I believe that if you don't want to say something about someone's horrible game play, you probably should because that means it may be a part of them that they need to work on.

Role(s): Mid, Jungle, Support, the occasional Sivir & ashe adc

Current Ranking- gold 3(gold 2 on smurf, keep on losing promos)

Reason why this team is appealing- just looking for a team where no one is toxic, as I've had problems with toxic team environments in the past

What your personality adds to a team- I have a pretty positive attitude, and it's easy for me to keep on playing even after a tough loss

Role(s)- Support pref, adc and mid also up there, top also can work, absolutely not jungle though

Age- 16 Availability- don't have a job atm so I have a free schedule

Communication- skype, cv, ts3, have a working headset.
