If you time Ezreal's E with enemy Nami's Q, Ezreal will arcane shift away but still eats the bubble and no damage or auto will come from that E, thus impossible to connect Ezreal's W E combo.

It is a 100% occurrence, what I don't get is that Ezreal is able to arcane shift with no damage will follow.
