[GAMEPLAY] Jayce Manamune Tooltip bug

Bug. If Jayce decides to go for , once completed. The Tooltip on top of the skill will not be accurate upon death. By that I mean, the manamune sign should be flashing (not really flashing, but the watery effect)if it is turned on, but upon respawn, there is no special effect if it is turned on. Jayce needs to turn it off, and back on again.

To repeat this process.

1. Build a manamune on Jayce.
2. Fill it up to 750 so it turns into
3. Turn the Muramana on
4. Have Jayce Brawl someone and have Jayce die
5. When Jayce respawns, his Muramana tooltip is inaccurate.

This has happened everytime I have played Jayce
