7 Day Champion Rental wont expire

Hello, I was asked by support to post here saying that I have ran into a bug with the Champion 7 Day Rental via Hextech Crafting. About 9 days ago I activated Yorick , and I still have access to him, and I appear to have access to him in Ranked, and if I remember right rentals are not supposed to be used in Ranked, though I may be wrong. I mean I am not too bothered by this since I took a liking to the champ, and plan to get him eventually even though I would gladly take him for free! But I felt that it was proper to report this bug. Yoric, a champion so bad the hextech crafting system doesn't even want to take him back.

Not kidding when I say that I actually wasted a refund token on him.

If it's any consolation when refunds first came out I immediately wasted 2 of my 3 refunds on ip purchased champions, Corki and Skarner, both of which I now own again.

No need to feel ashamed. I'm pretty sure wasting at least one of your refunds is some sort of legal obligation. Most people I know have refunded something fucking stupid.

Hi! We've gotten a few sporadic reports of this issue occurring, and are currently investigating. Thanks for the additional data, it will definitely help our research!

FYI it is intended for rentals to be usable in ranked games; we want players to be able to try out these champs in a variety of game modes/environments!

What does accessing him in Ranked provide?

Seems like letting someone use a free champ in Ranked... I don't see the point.

Wait, you can't use a free champion from the rotation in ranked. Why can you use a rental in ranked? That makes zero sense.

I had meant to say in my intial post, but I have not used him in a normal game yet either, just customs. I was wondering if that had any effect on it and was going to test it out later and see if that fixed it. I like beta testing things, so no problem on the report! As for the ranked thing, I feel that should also apply to free rotation champs, but thats just personal opinion, though I also understand the reason it's for rentals only.

Update from last reply: Playing a normal game did not solve the issue, however after reinstalling League due to a separate issue, I received a notification that my rental of him Expired.
