Mac LoL Screensaver Completely Broken

Hello, I have been having an issue with the League of Legends Screen Saver for quite some time now, and was hoping to see if I can get anything fixed. So out of the blue it stopped using the list I set up, and just cycled between four different images. From there, I tried to just uninstall it and reinstall, no fix. It won't leave my list for screen savers either. When it's "open", all that appears is a clear box that is supposed to be where the window for the app itself, but no luck. As explained above, I am running this on Mac so I have had hardly any luck finding any topics around for more information. Thank you for any help possible!

I initially submitted this as a ticket to support but they led me here, so hoping to find a resolution!
