Azir is seriously broken

I decided to play a game of azir today and wow. The amount of odd bugs is shocking. People flashing/dashing over my wall, nothing happening to some people when walling multiple people. WW using his ult to leap over my wall. What in the world is this? Thought the goal awhile ago was clarity but, descriptions of spell for champs in game and on the wiki is so, so generic. I want details! Is this supposed to happen in some cases, or was it not intended. The language should be clear, detailed and, all inclusive. UGH! [sg-shisa]
