4.18 Patch Mega Bug Thread

Hey guys! :D

The new patch is upon us, this could mean Elise and Kha'Zix sneaked out (they are bugs, see what I did there?). We can use your help! Help us find them!

Please only report bugs related to the Patch 4.18

When reporting a bug, please include the following. It really helps us quickly identify the problem when we have these information, otherwise it could be very difficult to isolate the issue.

**Type of Bug: **Gameplay, Client, Crash **Summary of the Bug: ** one to two sentences summarizing what the issue is Reproduction Steps: the steps required to *CONSISTENTLY *recreate the issue Reproduction Rate: If following the reproduction steps, what is the probability of recreating the issue **Server: **The server which you found this issue - PBE, NA... etc

Hello, after patch 4.18 I'm facing a bug with 's Swipe (cougar's E skill).

Description: When Nidalee is standing still (not moving) swipe works fine, but the problem is when nidalee is moving (i.e after jumping, or just running). What exactly happens is that when Nidalee is moving or jumping as cougar and you Swipe she just swipes the opposite direction that she is facing, while she is meant to swipe in the direction of the cursor. So, overall, the cursor doesn't affect Swipe's direction. The skill is just affected by where Nidalee is facing at.

Please check if this is a general bug (which I'm pretty sure it is, as I tested it) and fix this as soon as possible (And maybe go for loss prevented in the games already played as it really affects the whole Nidalee gameplay).

This bug makes it very difficult for me to play Singed and I never noticed it before 4.18!

"attempting to reconnect forever" bug. Small 1-2 second lagspike with zero packet loss forces the "attempting to reconnect" message (this would not have happened before 4.17). This message never goes away, even though my lag was gone before it even popped up. Close game -> attempt to reload -> bugsplat in the loading screen 10 times in a row at 100%. It's too bad this wasn’t fixed in 4.18. People are getting leaverbusted for it. Thousands of people.

Example of small lagspike that will disconnect me from the game forever (until I close it) and subsequently cause me to bugsplat in my next 10 loading screens, causing my team to play without me for 10 minutes:

Type of Bug: Gameplay

Summary of the Bug: Casting Anivia's Q with pointer further than cast range, Anivia first runs, until in range, and then casts.

Reproduction Steps:

Select Anivia
Level Q
In a regular cast (also happens for quick cast, but easier to troubleshoot in regular mode) press q and position your pointer beyond the range of the indicator.
Press the left mouse button to cast.
Anivia runs until the end of the cast area is where initially the mouse was clicked, and then casts.

Reproduction Rate: 100%

Server: NA

Note: I'm not sure if this was brought in at an earlier time, I main Anivia and came back to the game to see the new Q UI upgrades. This bug however disappointed me immensely and caused many lost opportunities.

Sion Sion's Q and R didn't work anymore after being stund mid q. Using alt+q (selfcast) stopped the bug and made the Q and R work again! **Alt+Q! ppl **

I am having this error where it says "did not receive a response from the server attempt 1.2.3 and then the log in server did not respond" Comes up and i have done everything i can think of doing if anybody as any help on this would be great to have untill then guess i have nothing to do but watch crappy cable tv :/

Type of Bug: Attempting to Reconnect Summary of the Bug: Nearly every game I play my champ stops moving while everyone else keeps moving, then "Attempting to Reconnect" pops up and I eventually have everything freeze until I hit escape and "leave game". Summary of the Bug: Singed flings forward 30-50% of the time, I'm a singed main so I noticed this quiet a bit, you'll see it on sirhcez stream as well.

**Example: **I Ult/Ghost into a teamfight for a fling on the adc but he flings towards the enemy team and not my team even thought I did it properly and I've done it like a thosand times, then I noticed it happening often in the game, take a look please.

Bug Type: Gameplay Summary: Azir's ult, no matter either direction it faces, will stop an allied Sion's ult. Reproduction Steps: Have Azir and Sion on the same team, and collide ults. Reproduction: 100% on my side, tried it on purpose after doing so accidently Server: NA

Not sure if this is intentional or not, thought I would post though since Azir's ult doesn't usually affect allies.

Type of Bug: Gameplay Champion: Anivia Summary of the Bug: Q Range Indicator incorrect, Q range Broken, Q doesn't work roughly 40% of the time -- unsure under what conditions. Almost always even when well within the max range when you cast Q, Anivia walks almost point blank to the casting point before casting as well. Reproduction Steps: Unavoidable to not see -- just walk around casting Q in a lane and see how absurd it behaves... Reproduction Rate: 2 of every 5 times I use Q.... Server: NA - Ranked

Nidalee First of all sorry if there are any mistakes in my language, my english isn´t the best.

Type of Bug: Gameplay Summary of the Bug: Nidalees e ( Swipe ) goes of but in the wrong direction. If you jump it places the e autamatically behind you. Sometimes even without jumping before Reproduction Steps: cougar form( R - Aspect of the cougar ) Pounce ( W ) then Swipe ( E ), and the it happens Reproduction Rate: I would estimate 95% - 100 % if played in the way Nidalee should be played. Server: Im palying on EUW and i saw this issue in a stream AND i tested it myself

I hope you can hotfix this bug as soon as possible, because it makes the champ unplayable due to the fact that the Swipe damage is completely missed.

here's a easy bug for you, put it in the format you want by yourself.

so after playing LoL for a while now, this morning i open my computer and try loging in.

My girlfriend is playing on her computer right besides me.

Failed login attempt 1, 2, 3 right password, connection works, computer works. Did not receive a response from server

another riot games exclusive

EDIT: i cant login to her account on my computer also. the game doesnt even check login queue status

Type of Bug: Client refuses to connect to server

Basically starting from today, I couldn't connect to league of legends at all saying Server connecting attempts 1,2,3... Basically I'm absolutely positive that it's not my side since I tried every one of your offers on fixing my computer but I have a feeling it's on your side considering my client was working fine yesterday.

Type of bug: Disconnection bug Summary of bug: Game would be win running at 78-80 ping then randomly out of no where goes to 1370-800 ping with unable me to play and makes me disconnect 4-5 times a game. My friend Darkflame27 or Darkflames27 is also having the same problem. Please check into this.
