[GAMEPLAY] Unable to Use Sion's Q and R

This bug has happened to me several times while playing Sion, and it is quite frustrating. For the first half of the game, Sion has no issues (all abilities working properly). However, if Sion dies, there is a chance that he will respawn without the ability to use both his Q and R abilities. Meanwhile, both E and W function normally.

As for what causes the issue, I'm not quite sure. I've heard that if his Q ability is interrupted by more than one crowd control abilities, that can cause it. I've also heard that interrupting his Q ability with his own R can cause it. As for videos, there are multiple videos on YouTube, just search "Sion Ult Bug."

Overall, it's an annoying bug, and I hope it gets fixed soon because I really enjoy playing the new Sion.
