Banned/Blocked for others dodging?

I recently got blocked for going in queue for dodging, but I didn't dodge any games recently. I'm just posting here to find out if anyone has had the same issue or if it's some bug in the game. I haven't dodged any games since I've started playing draft, and I don't wanna get banned for something I didn't do. I do want to note that I have been going into a lot of queues where people dodge, but I myself haven't dodged. Why am I still getting the block?
