Bug: [GAMEPLAY]: Mordekaiser Drag ult is permanently grounded.

This only happened once, but in a game, the mordekaiser ulted the drag, and the drag wasn't flying, it was on the ground and a bit glitched. It'll throw out a fireball every so often but remain landed.
