Client/Crash Bug,

I recently played a ranked game, at the end the enemy team surrendered, 3 votes to 0, we ended the game. Now im facing the client that says, please wait for your stats, as it was taking a while i click skip. I decide to play another game, but when i try to join queue it comes up with the notification unable to join queue because your already assigned to an existing game. I decide to close the client and reopen it, but then it pops up for me to reconnect to the game. I click reconnect and it tries to open the game, and the league of legends title is seen, and then a black screen with my mouse showing a loading sign. It remains like this for some time before it tells me that there may be a firewall blocking the connection and two options to retry connection or cancel, which then returns me to client and tells me that the game has crashed and now reconnect.
