Trundle Q

Hey, I'm not quite sure if this was intended, but on Trundle, his q seems to slow attack speed along with movement speed. I know the movement speed was intentional, but was the feeling of the attack speed being slow intentional. My friend brought up to point about the Trundle q slowing attack speed too and it just seems weird. Thank You, Ashe or Akali
