Ashe W AD ratio bug?

Ashe's W is supposed to be a 1:1 AD ratio. However, I've noticed that this isn't actually the case... Did the last patch nerf her W AD ratio? Or is this a bug? Unfortunately my print-screen function does not work but please check it out... I dont think the ratio was ever officially changed in the patch notes.
