Ashe W AD ratio bug with first dragon stack

Ashe's W does not benefit from dragons First stack of 6% attack damage. Ashes W is a 1:1 AD ratio but here we see that due to dragons first stack, My total AD has increased but the damage on me W has not. Is this a bug?
