Evelynn Allure muting ingame sound

When you are marked by Evelynn's W, Allure, It is both way louder than is neccesarry and decreases the volume of all other spells in the game for the duration. While being loud is forgivable, decreasing the volume of other spells in the game is very new and should have atleast have been meantioned as a new form of cc, similarly to ornn's brittle. By muting the sound of the player she marks and being very loud, it implies that her Allure is more important than any other spell in the game, including spells like Sion's Ultimate and Kled's Ultimate, which are both people shouting at the top of their lungs. It also makes it much harder to follow a teamfight, especially for those who rely on sound to manage a teamfight. It feels unfair to have the way you have always played the game countered by a new champion, and have to switch playstyles from relying on sound to relying on visuals that are often thrown together and hard to see. I think this sound muting mechanic should be removed from the game simply because of how unfair it feels. I am also going to post this in general discussion, it just feels so wrong that i feel like it could also be a bug.

I like the effect they did with it actually. Kind of immerses you with what being "charmed" by eve feels like; Gives you tunnel vision and sound towards her.

They should make it so all charms work the same way IMO
