Mouse Side Buttons not working

Ever since the new patch my 2 side mouse buttons have stopped working. I used to have item slots 1 and 3 bound to my 2 side buttons but they are no longer working. The buttons work on other applications or browsers. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

That's worthy of a 3rd party program use and a ban. Careful mate

Have the same problem. Not sure why it happened. One game I could use them, the next I couldn't.
