Titanic shop goof?

I've been playing a few games and noticed something odd; when I try to build and start with ...the latter does not list Titanic Hydra as one of the potential items to build into. On the other hand, when I grab , it for some reason lists Titanic Hydra as a complete item. Is this a bug or misscript or something?
