Random Disconnects with perfectly fine internet

In both of the games I played today I disconnected at random moments for no reason, I ran a speed test and everything was normal, I wasn't lagging at all before I disconnected. After I alt-f4'd out I had to relog in and for about 5 minutes it wouldn't let me log in. It said something along the lines of cannot connect, check the server status here. After I logged back in and reconnected, I got random graphical glitches. Like Master yi's ult animation was constantly on and tf's cards were glitched (as seen in picture) I have no clue if these two things are related but I've never seen them until today.
