[CLIENT] Message "Failed to Patch, Retrying" Keeps Popping Up

For all of today I have had my client open in the background, and every time I check it gives me this message. It says it will attempt to repatch, but I've never seen it do so. I have not tried playing a game yet since this issue has occurred, so I am not sure if it prevents me from playing.
