Not allowed to win rewards after previous punishment?

I previously got punished with a 10-game chat-restriction and after completing it, I can't get my rewards for Hextech Crafting. If you have anything on this topic, please help me out.

just keep playing w/o being toxic and u will get it back.

Lesson to be learned: don't be rude so you don't lose hextech privlages
