Not allowed to win rewards after previous punishment?
I previously got punished with a 10-game chat-restriction and after completing it, I can't get my rewards for Hextech Crafting. If you have anything on this topic, please help me out.

Lesson to be learned: don't be rude so you don't lose hextech privlages

Edit: It was a buncha trolls lying to the enemy team about what I said. "Report him, he said my mom should get cancer and die"
