its been going on since his rework, if he buys a Tiamat, and uses it, he has no animation, its really clunky and annoying to play with, and I doubt its a bug that's that hard to fix either.

to recreate it, go into a game as sion, buy Tiamat, use its active.

I thought it was because Sion has very slow animations on everything and can cancel out the known animation canceling machine that used to be riven beloved item 3077 but now an ex.
