Remake still not working since patch 7.14

Ayy oh, if you dc before 3 mins you could remake perfectly fine, like it was intended in the past.

Now if you do the same thing, it doesn't let you remake one bit, and it's happened wayyy too many times.

it's been a 4v5s or 5v4s from the start. Yes, 1st blood doesn't matter one bit for remakes past and new.
