Is this happening to anyone else?

Idk if its from my laptop or is it from the game, but whenever I start a match, when I place my mouse to a certain are of the screen it changes to the windows cursor? It's kinda annoying and you can change it by changing the cursor in game (for example when you put your cursor on an enemy it changes to a sword). I've found out a way that you can stop it. I just refresh my desktop when I start the game. But it is still pretty annoying because I have to minimize and open the game and my laptop is pretty shiz sooo yeah rito fix this...
