[Gameplay] clone skill shots

When playing azir, or zed, when your shadow/soldier disappears, the skill shot line for it still appears, kinda misleading to the player, but really minor, steps to re-enact, 1.Pick azir or zed, 2. Have your q and w upgraded 3. Place your shadow/soldier 4. Wait for it to time out 5. Press q for the skill shot range indicator, the timed out shadow/soldier's skill shot line should still appear
