[Gameplay] Ryze bot: Not updated yet

I was playing against some bots recently and I noticed some odd things going on with Ryze Bot. For one, he always goes aggressive - going as far as turret diving and standing under turret (which is unheard-of as far as bots are concerned). Additionally, he appears to maintain the key combos of the old Ryze (pre-2016 rework), as he will ult randomly in-lane in between his other spells, in a method similar to which the old Ryze would use it to combo with his passive. Those are the only two big things that I noticed with him, and this is 100% reproducable, just head into a bot game and see for yourself. I don't know if this has been noted before, or if he just hasn't been updated because they are still working on the combos for new Ryze or whatnot, but it is a problem that should be fixed as soon as possible.
