[Client] Hextech Bug causing loss of profile access

Hello,

I just want to say that this has only happened three times so far, and each time it was resolved by restarting the client (so it's not super serious, just annoying). Also, it was only during the last occurrence when I realized what may have caused the bug (still not certain about its cause).

Onto the bug:

I attempted to view my profile and it would not allow me to do so. It would make a clicking sound when I clicked the button, but it would not load my profile, instead, staying at whatever page I currently was, like nothing happened. I also tried to right-click people on my friends list and click on their profiles, but still nothing. The store loaded up fine, the hextech tab opened fine, I just couldn't view anyone's profile. After the third time that it happened, I realized that it may have been caused by opening a Hextech chest, as I also remembered opening a chest prior to the second occurrence of the bug.

I don't get Hextech chests very often, so I can't attempt to recreate the bug and know for certain that it was caused by opening a chest, so I apologize for that. The information that I've given is probably not enough to get closer to fixing it, since I don't know for certain how to recreate it (I mean, I could have just randomly lost the ability to view anyone's profile, if that has happened before?), but if anyone else has come across a similar issue before, then I guess I should say "It's happened to me, too"?
