Sona sound bug

Sona's Ctl+3 doesn't make sound. I believe its on every skin. For example her Silent Night skin doesn't play Christmas music. Enemies and allies can not hear the music. I think this bug has been around for awhile but I thought I would bring it up.

Hmmm. Does it NEVER work, or does it just work once in a while. For me, It wors maybe every now and then..
