Thresh completes hook even while stunned
Title says it. Thresh winds up, I hit Thresh with a stun, Thresh still throws hook, lands his inescapable stun.

and before you ask what about ezreal/lux, they have animation channel, not skill channel, which means their skills cannot be interrupted when cast.
