System error at the end of about half my games.

I'm using a picture from Shiphtur's stream because I forget to take a screenshot when it happens. Sometimes my victory/defeat screen freezes (about half the time) and the system error pops up, I cannot use the windows key or alt+tab out so I log off, log back in and then I'm able to close League (which is a black screen, not fullscreen but the taskbar is there so I can close League with task manager).

Edit: I cannot end the process without logging off and logging back in, tried other things but the only other option for me is to turn off my computer.

Basically the only problem for me is that I can't see the post-game screen in a reasonable time, but apparently for Shiphtur it can happen mid-game :/

I got this on the regular whenever I had discord open at the same time, never found a work around other than never using discord with league. Some even said it was a program clashing with leagues anti cheat.

Maybe it's the camera overlay conflicting with leagues process's.

I've got nothing else running at all though. No processes that have previously interfered before the last update.

Sorry for late response, the only time I seem to be on the Boards is at like 4am.
