Level 4 on Teemo, exp: 14284/21600
That mean about 65% exp completed, but that bar show only like about just 13% completed.

And 1 more thing about i wanna ask, why didn't appear in-game that mastery champion? :-? only on loading screen.
It's cumulative experience earned. Level 5 needs a total of 21600 XP starting from Level 1.
Level 4 needs 12600, so 21600 - 12600 = 9000 XP needed between Level 4 and 5.
(14284-12600)/9000 = 18.7%

You need a little over 12000 mastery points on a champion in total to reach level 4. The beginning of that bar from level 4-5 is beginning at 12000, so that's why it seems like you are so far away from hitting level 5.
To bring up the mastery emote in game, CTRL + 6.
You didn't understood about what i wanna talk. I have completed 14k from 21k right? That mean about 65% from 21k, on that bar looks like about 13%. It's just a little bug but important.
And what's more important, didn't appear in-game my mastery, i will try maybe in time to make lvl 5 to see if maybe appear, it's a new system, but i played on champion specially to can see that mastery while playing and is very dissapointing to not achive that.
