All-stars votes won't lock in (visibly)

After I send my votes, for all the leagues, the voting page remains the same. I can cast the votes over and over. The page even says that I can't edit my votes once I've sent them.

How am I supposed to know whether any of my votes were valid if I can return back to the voting site and it is unchanged...?
