[GAMEPLAY] Died inside Kindred ult

I'm not exactly sure what did it, but twice in the game I just played, someone died while inside Kindred's ult. First our Yasuo claimed to have died in it (I didn't see it), and we shrugged it off as "he must have stepped outside of the circle". Then later, I died inside my own kindred ult. I've played a good handful of games on Kindred and not seen this happen before, so it may be something related to a specific champion.

Our team: Kindred, Yasuo, Shaco, Lee Sin, Lux. Their team: Kindred, Leona, Cho'Gath, Ryze, Vayne.
